DIGITAL DOWNLOAD SERVICE

Digital tachographs are now fitted to all new trucks and they require specialised equipment to capture and analyse the digital information. This has created another headache for you the operator. But you now have a partner in GLC Freight based in the South East. We have been involved with the new tachographs since July 2006, helping small and medium sized operators to master the new technology.

There are two options for you to consider. We will set up the whole system for you!

Option 1

We will come to you and install the software onto your PC. Supply the hardware and then train you and your drivers to use the digital tachograph and the download equipment.

Option 2

We will do the downloads for you at your premises and supply the reports that you need to satisfy your legal obligations.

Question.

  • What happens if your current vehicle is off the road due to mechanical defect or accident damage and you hire in a replacement? The hire vehicle will be fitted with a digital tachograph. You will need ‘to get digital’ in a hurry!

    Did you know? If your analogue tachograph cannot be repaired then a digital tachograph will be fitted in its place!
